The location is stunning with breathtaking mountain views. I had a Single Room with a Balcony that provided a perfect spot to unwind. The half-board meal plan impressed me. breakfast was a delightful spread, and every 3-course dinner showcased creative and mouth-watering dishes. I appreciated the staff, especially Hanes, for their friendliness and willingness to help, making my stay more enjoyable. However, the breakfast process was quite inconvenient. If you don't stay in the main building and forget to pre-order, you risk being turned away. Additionally, noise in the new part of the hotel can be disruptive, especially from the bar late at night. While the food quality was high, the portion sizes seemed small for active travelers like myself. Lastly, there were some issues with dinner pricing when I didn't book half-board online, which felt a bit confusing.

Variety of dining options, stunning views from dining area, availability of self-catering
The noise levels from the bar were unbearable during the late-night hours!!! The lack of proper ski facilities was disappointing, especially with the breakfast not starting until 8 am which is inconvenient for early risers!!!

The assistance with travel planning made it easy for me to explore the hiking trails nearby, and the staff was always eager to offer personalized hiking advice.
Unfortunately, the bed in my Standard Single Room was quite short, which could be uncomfortable for taller individuals.

The staff's hospitality made my stay enjoyable, offering personalized hiking advice and support with travel planning. The process for breakfast was a bit inconvenient, requiring pre-orders to avoid issues.

Convenient location with delicious food
During my stay, I found the hotel incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the bus stop and breathtaking viewpoints of St Magdalena. The breakfast offered local supplies that made each morning special, and the restaurant had a charming atmosphere that attracted many guests. However, my single room on the top floor could have used a fan as it felt quite hot at night, making it difficult to sleep.
